Beautiful rendition of an eclipse. You got a lovely corona effect. I think you were trying for the ‘diamond ring’ effect. But its lovely just as it is. I’d put it on my wall. Just found your channel and I’ve subscribed. 😊👍

Hi clive...i read recently that the binders used in acrylics have methyl methacrylate etc which are highly cancer causing...i check big brands too...all have these compounds. Whats your opinion on toxicity in acrylics. Please comment. I just started liking acrylics.

Will rain water work instead of distilled

I have a canvas with a very light blue sky and ocean. Since it no longer matches my decor I feel like I need to tone it down with greys. Can I spray grey paint high above it so it lightly changed the tone?

Hi, I know this is late but here is a question: I am painting CHESS PIECES made of SHESHAM AND BOXWOOD; these pieces are SUPPOSED to be dried out for a long time before you get your final chess set; since I am going to SAND and paint these pieces that are supposed to be long ago dried out--- do I still NEED to SEAL the pieces before I gesso the pieces?????--they ARE going to be painted with acrylic paint!
